Isn’t it ironic that the Nashville Rock & Roll Half Marathon training schedule syncs up so well with New Year’s resolutions? Our entire training program lasts for 13 weeks and officially starts in February. However, you may begin training at any point in the process.

This year our team will train together on Saturday mornings at the Franklin Recreation Complex

Each Saturday will continue conditioning that will be specific to your running group (1 mile, 5k, half-marathon or marathon). We will have a team leader for each group that will lead these training days.
